Mental Health (Children)
We are indeed very proud of our achievement with our portfolio of care packages for adults as well as children with mental health challenges; particularly those with neurodevelopmental conditions like Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities. We provide support both in the community as well as in their homes. Some of our other areas of expertise include supporting children who self-harm as well as those with significant behaviours of concern.
Our support workers are all PBS (Positive Support Behaviour) trained and PMVA (Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression) trained. Over the years, we have worked extensively with multiple local authorities, achieving a very high success rate in supporting children and young adults to cope with day-to-day living and also helping them to establish a “person-focused” daily routine.
We work collaboratively with CAMHS (Child & Adolescents Mental Health Services), as well as PBS Practitioners, to devise behaviour management plans which focus on the needs of our service users. We also work closely with the local authority Early Intervention team as well as special needs schools (particularly as we support some of the children while they are still accessing full-time education, in special needs schools).

Complex Care/Clinical Support
As a nurse-led agency, we support adults and children with very complex clinical needs. Our team of registered nurses and clinical lead oversee our clinical packages. Our team of highly skilled Healthcare Assistants work under the guidance of our nurses.
Personal Care
Our team of experienced carers and nurses are trained to provide person-centred care to you in the comfort of your own home. We work with you to enable you to achieve your desired outcomes.
Supply of Agency Staff
We offer our care home and hospital clients the flexibility of expanding and contracting their workforce on an ongoing basis by supplying them with experienced Registered Nurses as well as Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers.
