Complex Care/Clinical Support
As a nurse-led agency, we support adults and children with very complex clinical needs. Our team of registered nurses and clinical lead oversee our clinical packages. Our team of highly skilled Healthcare Assistants work under the guidance of our nurses. In addition to the complex care training delivered by our accredited training providers, our Healthcare Assistants also undergo both theoretical and practical competency assessment on the specified needs of each service user before being allowed to support them in the community.
A dedicated nurse is assigned to oversee each clinical package, we also provide 24/7 on-call nursing support, particularly for packages where a registered nurse is not required on-site.
The clinical support we provide includes the following
- Enteral tube feeding and care
- Respiratory care and management (including; cough assist, oral suctioning & tracheostomy care)
- Supporting service users on ventilators or oxygen therapy
- Diabetes care and management (including Insulin administration)
- Epilepsy Awareness & management
- Clinical observation (Pulse Oximeter, Blood Pressure monitor, Blood Sugar monitor, thermometer/temperature monitor)
- Recognition and management of an acutely unwell child
- Bedsores prevention & care

We are indeed very proud of our achievement with our portfolio of care packages for adults as well as children with mental health challenges; particularly those with neurodevelopmental conditions like Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
Personal Care
Our team of experienced carers and nurses are trained to provide person-centred care to you in the comfort of your own home. We work with you to enable you to achieve your desired outcomes.
Supply of Agency Staff
We offer our care home and hospital clients the flexibility of expanding and contracting their workforce on an ongoing basis by supplying them with experienced Registered Nurses as well as Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers.
