We care
Alpha May Care First is a CQC registered agency which specialises in providing a wide range of personal and nursing care to those wishing to remain in the comfort of their own home; we provide a service which is professional, reliable and responsive to the individual needs of our clients.
We also specialise in providing experienced and qualified healthcare assistants, support workers and Registered Nurses (RGNs/RMNs). - We are able to provide staff at short notice and are happy to ring-fence staff specifically for care homes interested in a "block-booking" arrangement.

We are CQC Certified
CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and we encourage care services to improve. They monitor, inspect and regulate services.

OUR CARE TEAM
Our Care Team participate in high quality training programmes, which are periodically tailored to best accommodate and suit the individuals we look after. All our staff undertake the Care Certificate Training as a minimum (with annual refresher undertaken every 12months).
They are also PMVA (Prevention and Management of violent and aggressive behaviour) trained and more:

- Gastrotomy Tube Care and Feeding

Our Services
Complex Care/Clinical Support
As a nurse-led agency, we support adults and children with very complex clinical needs. Our team of registered nurses and clinical lead oversee our clinical packages. Our team of highly skilled Healthcare Assistants work under the guidance of our nurses.
Mental Health (Children)
We are indeed very proud of our achievement with our portfolio of care packages for adults as well as children with mental health challenges; particularly those with neurodevelopmental conditions like Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.
Personal Care
Our team of experienced carers and nurses are trained to provide person-centred care to you in the comfort of your own home. We work with you to enable you to achieve your desired outcomes.
Supply of Agency Staff
We offer our care home and hospital clients the flexibility of expanding and contracting their workforce on an ongoing basis by supplying them with experienced Registered Nurses as well as Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers.
